Find the Right FIBC Bag for Your Needs

Capacity, application, material, protection, and cost are key factors when choosing FIBC bags. Use our guide below to select the most suitable type of bags for your industry and application.

FIBC Bag Types and Customization Choices

Structural Options

-Loop Construction

Corner Loop FIBC

This is the most common design of FIBC bulk bags, featuring four standard loops sewn into the corners. It provides stable lifting for a wide range of materials.

1.2 Cross-Corner Loop FIBC

Cross-Corner Loop FIBC

These fibc jumbo bags have loops sewn to adjacent bag corners, enabling a single-point lift. This is a popular and efficient design for handling.

1.3 FIBC Two-Loop

FIBC Two-Loop

A cost-effective solution for products under 1,000 kg. This type of bulk bag fibc is designed for lifting with a single hook, simplifying handling operations.

1.4 Stevedore Straps FIBC

An additional sleeve-like loop over the standard loops for enhanced strength and safer handling during marine or rail transport.

Note: Each loop type FIBCs is manufactured in XIFA Group’s ISO-certified facilities, ensuring consistent quality across every shipment.

Functional Options

-Filling Options

2.1 FIBC Tote Bag With Open Top

FIBC Tote Bag With Open Top

The most straightforward option with no top closure. This is ideal for quick filling of materials like sand or gravel.

Spout Top Jumbo Bag

A discharge spout at the top allows for controlled, dust-free filling. This is a crucial feature for powdered or granular materials.

2.3 Duffle Top Bulk Bags FIBC

Duffle Top Bulk Bags FIBC

A large, retractable lid that can be tied shut after filling. This design provides a wide opening for easy product loading.

-Discharge Options

2.4 Flat Bottom FIBC Bag

Flat Bottom FIBC Bag

The most basic option with a sealed bottom. This type of bag is typically a single-use solution as the bottom is cut open for discharge.

2.5 Discharge Spout

Discharge Spout FIBC

A controlled, dust-free unloading spout at the bottom. The spout can be closed after a partial discharge, offering flexibility.

Note: Both filling spouts and discharge spouts can be combined in various custom configurations to fit your specific loading and unloading equipment. Our design team provides full technical support.

Performance & Safety Options

-Electrostatic Classification

Our FIBC Bulk Bags can be fully customized in color, fabric weight, and design to meet diverse industry requirements. XIFA Group’s bags are reusable, waterproof, heat- and radiation-resistant, and suitable for multiple applications

3.1 Type A FIBC Bags

Type A FIBC Bags

Standard bags made from non-conductive fabric. These fibc container bags should not be used for flammable materials or in explosive atmospheres.

3.2 Type B FIBC Bags

Type B FIBC Bags

Similar to Type A but with a low breakdown voltage to prevent dangerous brush discharges. They are not safe for flammable vapor environments.

3.3 Type C FIBC Bags

Type C FIBC Bags

These are type c bulk bags with intertwined conductive threads. These bags must be grounded during filling and discharging to safely dissipate static electricity, making them suitable for hazardous locations.

3.4 Type D Jumbo Bag

Type D Jumbo Bag

Made from fabric with special dissipative properties. Type D FIBC bags are safe to use in flammable environments without the need for grounding, providing enhanced safety and convenience.
