Raw material inspection

Mainly to test raw and auxiliary materials; the content of raw material inspection covers ash content, melting index, moisture, and other indicators. The equipment includes a muffle furnace, fluid measuring instrument, etc.

On-site inspection

Mainly inspect the production site, especially the special production process (drawing, color printing, compounding)

Process sampling inspection

Inspection in each production process, production inspection content covers tensile load, elongation, peel force, resistance aging, color, size and appearance, etc

Semi-finished product inspection

Mainly to woven cloth, printing film, inner film bag inspection

Outbound inspection

The final inspection of the finished product before delivery

PROGRESS TRACKING IS ALSO POSSIBLE

Product Coding - Each bag has its independent QR code: It can record the whole process from the moment the bags come into existence to the time they reach the end user. Progress tracking is also possible.
