Since 2018 we have employed ERP management software. We have replaced the traditional mechanical monitoring systems with the latest in-demand technology prevalent in the industry. To ensure absolute control over the production cycle, and to be able to meet customer needs that ask for flexible scheduling, the MES system is currently being promoted. And it has become a digital management enterprise that combines digitization and informatization.
We have a professional R&D team. The Xifa management has also set up professional engineers and design teams according to the project, with excellent process technology to ensure better delivery of the customer's design elements and realize the feasibility of production. At the same time, cooperate with colleges and universities to carry out project research and development, overcome technical barriers, and reserve outstanding talents.
The company has an independent R&D department equipped with a full set of R&D and trial production equipment for plastic woven packaging. Currently, we have developed: 16 utility model patents, 1 invention patent, and one packaging bag design patent; our technological innovations include the following: ➢ Product anti-counterfeiting technology; ➢ Defective product identification system; ➢ New product development technology;

We have a 6,000 square-meter built-in photovoltaic power generation project with an annual power generation capacity of one million kWh, and has achieved the best possible environmental safety in production. Since 2020 the company has eliminated more than 200 sets of old equipment and has now become a Plastic knitting enterprise with the highest degree of automation in China.
