PFAS sind in Lebensmittelverpackungen wie folgt beschr\u00e4nkt: 25 ppb pro Einzelsubstanz, 250 ppb insgesamt und 50 ppm Gesamtfluor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EU-Konformit\u00e4tserkl\u00e4rung (DoC)<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 Jeder Verpackungsart muss ein formelles Konformit\u00e4tszertifikat beigef\u00fcgt sein, das auf die Verpackung verweist. <strong>Verordnung EU 2025\/40<\/strong>Die Hersteller stellen das Konformit\u00e4tszertifikat (DoC) aus; Importeure m\u00fcssen es vor dem Inverkehrbringen der Verpackung pr\u00fcfen. Die technische Dokumentation muss 5 Jahre (Einwegverpackung) bzw. 10 Jahre (Mehrwegverpackung) aufbewahrt werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Konformit\u00e4tsbewertungsverfahren<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 Vor dem Inverkehrbringen von Verpackungen auf dem EU-Markt ist eine strukturierte, dokumentierte Bewertung erforderlich, die zun\u00e4chst die Stoffbeschr\u00e4nkungen umfasst. Es gibt keine einheitliche EU-weite EPR-Nummer \u2013 die bestehenden nationalen Systeme (Deutschlands LUCID, Frankreichs Citeo, die Niederlandes Afvalfonds) bleiben bestehen und werden schrittweise harmonisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Hersteller au\u00dferhalb der EU, die nach Europa exportieren, fallen die EPR-Verpflichtungen in der Regel dem EU-Importeur als \u201eHersteller\u201c zu. Wenn chinesische Hersteller direkt an EU-Endverbraucher verkaufen \u2013 auch \u00fcber Marktplattformen wie Amazon \u2013 m\u00fcssen sie unter Umst\u00e4nden einen EPR-Beauftragten benennen. <strong>EU-Bevollm\u00e4chtigter<\/strong>&nbsp;zur Abwicklung von Registrierung, Berichterstattung und Geb\u00fchrenzahlung. Amazon hat bereits in neun wichtigen EU-M\u00e4rkten EPR-Registrierungsnummern verlangt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein oft \u00fcbersehener Vorteil f\u00fcr K\u00e4ufer, die von Herstellern mit integriertem <strong>ERP-System<\/strong>Die Einhaltung der erweiterten Herstellerverantwortung (EPR) erfordert pr\u00e4zise Verpackungsdaten in Echtzeit \u2013 Materialart, St\u00fcckgewicht und Versandmenge pro Markt. Die XIFA Group nutzt ein internes ERP-System, das Produktions- und Versanddaten zentralisiert. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen wir die exakten Verpackungsgewichts- und Volumendaten extrahieren, die EU-Importeure f\u00fcr ihre nationalen EPR-Meldungen und Geb\u00fchrenberechnungen ben\u00f6tigen. Die Grenzwerte f\u00fcr Schwermetalle, die Anforderungen der Konformit\u00e4tserkl\u00e4rung (DoC) und die Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr lebensmitteltaugliche PFAS gelten jedoch uneingeschr\u00e4nkt. K\u00e4ufer sollten bis August aktualisierte technische Dokumentationen von den Herstellern anfordern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PP-Gewebes\u00e4cke:<\/strong>&nbsp;Polypropylen ist von Natur aus recycelbar und erf\u00fcllt daher die Anforderungen der PPWR-Richtlinien. Verbundkonstruktionen (PP + PE, PP + Aluminium) werden im Rahmen der bis Januar 2028 ver\u00f6ffentlichten Kriterien f\u00fcr recycelbares Design (DfR) verst\u00e4rkt gepr\u00fcft. Hersteller, die recyceltes Polypropylen (PCR) anbieten, werden dadurch einen klaren Vorteil haben. <strong>EU-Verordnung \u00fcber Verpackungen und Verpackungsabf\u00e4lle \u2013 Ziele f\u00fcr den Recyclinganteil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BOPP-laminierte Beutel:<\/strong>&nbsp;F\u00fcr Verbraucherverpackungen gelten die strengsten Anforderungen. BOPP-S\u00e4cke f\u00fcr Reis, Mehl und Futtermittel m\u00fcssen ab sofort die PFAS-Grenzwerte einhalten. Eine harmonisierte Kennzeichnung \u2013 einschlie\u00dflich Materialzusammensetzung und Sortierhinweise \u2013 gilt ab August 2028. Mehrschichtige Verpackungen sollten bereits jetzt auf ihre Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit gepr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ventiltaschen:<\/strong>\u00a0Vorbehaltlich der Schwermetallbeschr\u00e4nkungen und der Anforderungen des Department of Conservation (DoC) ab August 2026. Papier-PP-Verbundkonstruktionen m\u00fcssen gem\u00e4\u00df k\u00fcnftigen delegierten Rechtsakten des Department of Regulatory Affairs (DfR) bewertet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns
